All purchases made through our website, social media, or any authorised sales channel are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except as required by law or in the limited circumstances outlined below.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before ordering. Subtle variations in colour, lustre, or texture - whether from lighting, photography, or screen settings - are natural and will not be considered defects.

 

QUALITY & HYGIENE

Every creation from The House of Almaari is individually inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

Earrings & Screw Pins: As part of our quality process, each pair of earrings is gently tested to ensure the screw-pin closure turns smoothly. This necessary friction test may result in minimal gold-plating loss at the screw, which is not a defect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of verified damage or defect.

 

DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if your item arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thehouseofalmaari.com.
  • Provide a mandatory unboxing video plus clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

Claims lodged after 24 hours or without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

If approved, the returned item must arrive at The House of Almaari within 5-9 days from the date you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with tags and in pristine condition.

 

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • The item has been worn, used, or altered - all tags must remain intact.
  • The issue results from regular wear, plating loss, or tarnish.
  • The item does not suit personal preferences, gifting needs, or sizing concerns.
  • The piece is custom, made-to-order, or listed as final sale/clearance.
  • Natural variations or inclusions appear in stones or metals, as these reflect the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.

 

RETURN PROCESS & LIABILITY

Do not ship any item back without prior written approval. Approved returns must include:

o   All original packaging and documents (invoice, payment receipt).

o   Signature-required shipping.

If a return parcel is lost in transit and was not signature-required, The House of Almaari cannot be held liable.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided the item has not yet shipped. Custom and pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or GST. If a parcel is returned to us due to refused delivery, incorrect address, or unpaid customs charges, these costs will be deducted from any approved refund.

 

REPAIRS & AFTERCARE

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. If an item arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it. For wear-and-tear repairs outside these circumstances, we offer a paid repair service, with quotes provided case by case.
